I've seen this on several other mommy blogs, and since I've been in a "gimme gimme" mood lately, here's a few things on my wishlist today. :) Feel free to share your own in the comments section or in your own blog!
First, A SPA DAY! And if I could, I'd take all you mommies with me. I would want to get my hair did, eyebrows waxed, get a mani & pedi, and a super long massage! Hey, a girl can dream. I'm aware it's not gonna happen anytime soon, but it would be so lovely!!!
Second, an OtterBox case for my iPhone. I LOVE my phone and with a toddler running around (and clumsy ol' me, of course), I'm paranoid that it's going to get broken! I have a cheapo pink case from a mall kiosk on it right now and the pink paint rubs off on my fingers every time I hold it. LOL, definitely need something else, cause pink fingers aren't workin for me!
Third, a wooden swing set for Jax! I know he would really love it, and we will finally have a yard for it! I say a wooden one, because they hold up so much better than the metal ones. Hopefully someday we can get one for him!
Jax took a fabulous nap today! 2.5 hrs to be exact! I was able to clean the kitchen/do the dishes, get a load of laundry done, get dinner going in the Crock Pot, do the 30 Day Shred, shower, and get lots of work done! Yay for long naps and productivity! However, he only took the one nap, and we had Bible study tonight and didn't get home til 8:45 (he usually goes to bed at 7:30-8), so he was a zombie by the time I finally got him in bed a little after 9:00! Poor guy!
Some pics from this morning:
I find it interesting that even though I didn't edit the color of his eyes AT ALL in these photos, they're very different shades of blue.
Like I said, I did the Shred and was so exhausted afterwards, I just kicked off my shoes. He thought they were soooo cool, haha.
Gettin some Mama snuggles. I LOVE this. Probably one of my favorite parts of being Mama. :)
Tonight before Bible study...I just LOVE these shoes!
How do y'all feel about the new layout? Is it too big? I love the look of 3 columns, and I have to have the middle column fairly wide since I usually post larger pictures.
HUGE thanks to Shanna over at The Autry Family for helping me with the blog titles & dates and making it 3 columns! I had no idea how to do that myself! We traded services since I just made her perdy new header.
Let me know what you think! :) I am pretty proud of myself...I taught myself how to make my own backgrounds and sidebar titles, and of course redid my header!
Looks like I have lots of new readers, yay! Welcome, I hope you like what you see and keep reading! :)
Also, I will be doing my first product review very soon! A soap company is sending me samples of some of their items and I will be writing a review of what I think of them! It's pretty ridiculous how excited I am about this. Stay tuned!
